말뿐인 자선은 필요 없습니다: 로봇세가 답이다 

안녕하세요, World Globe(WGWTG)의 Ian입니다. 부자들은 카메라 앞에서 "세금을 더 내겠다"고 떠들지만, 뒤로는 절세 방법을 찾느라 바쁩니다. 저는 이제 그들의 '양심'에 호소하는 단계는 지났다고 봅니다. 이제는 인간이 아닌 로봇과 AI가 돈을 버는 시대입니다. 그렇다면 그 수익의 일부를 사회로 환원시키는 '강력한 법안'이 필요합니다.

1. 로봇이 번 돈은 누구의 것인가? 

기업들이 사람 대신 로봇을 써서 인건비를 아끼고 엄청난 이득을 챙긴다면, 그 이득은 오로지 부자들만의 전유물이 되어서는 안 됩니다. 로봇이 일자리를 대체한 만큼, 그 로봇이 벌어들인 수익의 일정 부분을 세금으로 징수하는 '로봇세'는 선택이 아닌 필수입니다.

2. 정치 부조리를 끊는 투명한 재분배 

정치인들이 경제인들과 결탁해 혜택을 주는 부조리한 관행을 깨려면, 시스템이 투명해야 합니다. AI 기술을 활용해 기업의 수익 구조를 정확히 파악하고, 로봇세를 통해 걷힌 재원을 서민들의 최소한의 삶을 보장하는 '기본소득'으로 연결해야 합니다. 이것이 바로 기술 발전이 가져올 진정한 상생입니다.

3. 캐나다와 한국, 새로운 패러다임이 필요할 때 

오랜 이민 생활 동안 제가 본 캐나다와 한국의 빈부격차는 갈수록 심해지고 있습니다. "열심히 일하면 잘 살 수 있다"는 희망이 사라진 사회는 미래가 없습니다. 부자들의 이중성에 기대를 거는 대신, 로봇과 AI가 만들어낸 부를 공정하게 나누는 법적 장치를 만드는 데 우리 모두 목소리를 높여야 합니다.

No More Lip Service: The Robot Tax is the Answer 

Hello, this is Ian from World Globe (WGWTG). Wealthy individuals talk about paying more taxes in front of cameras, but behind the scenes, they are busy finding tax loopholes. I believe the time for appealing to their 'conscience' has passed. We are now in an era where robots and AI generate wealth. Therefore, we need 'strong legislation' that mandates a portion of those profits be returned to society.

1. Who Does the Money Earned by Robots Belong To? 

If corporations save on labor costs and reap massive profits by using robots instead of people, those profits should not belong solely to the rich. A 'Robot Tax'—taxing a portion of the earnings generated by the robots that replaced human jobs—is no longer an option; it is a necessity.

2. Transparent Redistribution to Break Political Corruption 

To break the corrupt practice of politicians colluding with business leaders, the system must be transparent. We should use AI technology to accurately analyze corporate profit structures and link the revenue from the Robot Tax to a 'Universal Basic Income' that guarantees a minimum standard of living for all. This is the true synergy that technological advancement should bring.

3. Canada and Korea: Time for a New Paradigm 

During my over 30 years as an immigrant, I’ve seen the wealth gap in both Canada and Korea widen progressively. A society where the hope of "working hard to live well" has vanished has no future. Instead of relying on the hypocrisy of the wealthy, we must raise our voices to create legal frameworks that fairly distribute the wealth created by robots and AI.
