2. 정치와 경제의 부조리를 감시하는 눈
정치인과 경제인의 유착으로 빈부격차가 심해지는 현실, 우리가 앞서 개탄했던 이 문제를 해결할 열쇠도 여기에 있습니다. AI라는
투명한 시스템에 '공정함'이라는 가치관을 입력해야 합니다. 기술이 기득권의 편에 서지 않고, 소외된 이들을 위한 '디지털 파수꾼'이 되도록 우리가 핸들을 똑바로 잡아야 합니다.
3. 100%의 책임은 우리에게 있습니다
기계는 잘못이 없습니다. 기계를
설계하고 사용하는 우리의 욕심이 문제입니다. 65세 은퇴를 앞둔 저는 후배 세대들에게 말하고 싶습니다. 기술의 속도에 감탄하기보다, 그 기술이 향하는 방향을 먼저 고민하십시오. AI와 인간의 영원한 상생은, 우리가 '인간의 품격'을 포기하지 않을 때 비로소 가능해집니다.

What Matters More Than a Powerful Engine is the 'Steering Wheel'
Hello, this is Ian from World Globe (WGWTG). We’ve talked about
AI’s capabilities and the redistribution of wealth. But the most fundamental
question remains: "Who is moving this powerful technology, and with what
intent?" I like to compare AI to an 'engine' and human ethics to a 'steering
wheel.'
1. Data Provides Answers, but Humans Define Values
AI analyzes vast
amounts of data to provide the most efficient answers. However, it doesn't know
if that answer is 'just.' What I’ve learned over 30 years of immigrant life is
that values like 'honesty and trust' are more important than mere
efficiency. The steering wheel that prevents the wealthy from hiding behind AI
to use loopholes can only be held by awake human ethics.
2. An Eye Monitoring Political and Economic Corruption
The reality of a
widening wealth gap caused by the collusion between politicians and business
leaders—the very issue we lamented—finds its key here. We must input the value
of 'fairness' into the transparent system of AI. We must hold the wheel steady
so that technology doesn't side with the establishment but instead becomes a
'digital watchdog' for the marginalized.
3. 100% of the Responsibility Lies with Us
Machines are not at fault.
The problem lies in our greed during the design and usage of those machines. As
I approach my retirement at 65, I want to tell the younger generation: instead
of marveling at the speed of technology, contemplate its direction first.
Eternal synergy between AI and humans is only possible when we do not give up
our 'human dignity.'
