Beyond just formal gestures, this mindset of respecting others has become the root of the high level of civic consciousness shown by Koreans in modern society.

2. Honesty That Surprises the World: "Hands That Do Not Take" 

One of the things that surprises foreigners visiting Korea the most is the honesty of Koreans. Leaving a wallet or a high-end laptop on a cafe table and stepping away without anyone stealing it is a rare sight globally. This honesty—not touching others' belongings—and high social trust have made Korea one of the safest and most dignified countries today.

3. Reflecting on Korean Pride in Edmonton 

Living in the vast land of Edmonton, Canada, the unique diligence and polite attitude of Koreans earn great trust from local neighbors. What is more precious than material abundance is this spiritual heritage of 'Honesty' and 'Courtesy.' Shouldn't these be the values that become a true Global Trend?
