1-2. Collective action that clings to past vested interests and rigid benefits without reading this massive paradigm shift drives not only the company but also the workers themselves into ruin. 

1-3. Not because the value of labor was dismissed, but because it was a predicted tragedy brought about by an egoism that abandoned co-existence, the most representative historical practical example of this is the Safeway union strike that once shook Canada.

2. The Metrics of the Safeway Crisis and the Ruthless Judgment of the Market 

2-1. In the past, when global retail giants like Walmart and Costco swept into the Canadian market with innovative logistics systems, the Safeway union opted for a full strike instead of sharing a sense of crisis. 

2-2. Due to the strike that lasted for months, store revenues plummeted, and retail market share in Western Canada was completely stolen by competitors.
